Independently audited infrastructure

Does my patient data ever leave my office?
The whole point of a local-first build is that it doesn't. Your stack runs on hardware you control or an isolated, single-tenant cloud environment we provision for you on independently audited HIPAA/HITECH and SOC 2 infrastructure, and your information is never sent to public AI services. We map exactly where your data lives during the Clarity Session.
Do I need special hardware?
Sometimes, sometimes not. If you own the stack, there's a hardware piece sized to what you actually need, often a Mac Mini class machine running a local, open-weight language model through Ollama. If we host it for you, the hardware is handled on our side. We confirm the right path for you on the call.
What can it actually do for a practice?
Documentation support, intake and admin cleanup, searching your own records and references, and prepping the repetitive paperwork around billing and authorizations. All of it on your own stack.
Is this a medical device?
No. Airgapped builds private infrastructure for your practice's operations and knowledge work. It is not a medical device and does not make clinical decisions or give medical advice. Clinical judgment stays with you and your team.
